You can also get a list of the most recently updated Case Summaries in the Newly Updated Case Summaries section.
In accordance with the requirements of the Official Languages Act, the CFGB posts all its documents simultaneously in both official languages on this website. Therefore, you can expect a reasonable delay from the time the F&R is submitted or the CDS Decision rendered to the time they are posted on this site.
